He studied Ashtanga Yoga with Rajarshi Muni and Pattabhi Jois in India. In the 1990's, Tom presented four times at the prestigious Yoga Journal Conference. He has led 31 Yoga Teacher Training Certifications (20 at Kripalu, 2 in PA, 1 in Newport, 8 at Eyes.) He frequently runs programs at Kripalu. Associate Teachers not currently on the schedule, but who show up now and then.
Abby Test came to Yoga via her training in Tai Chi & Qigong. She sees these two forms of moving meditation as parallel means to the same end. In addition to her martial arts training she has been influenced by various styles of Hatha Yoga including Vinyaasa, Kripalu, Bikram and Iyengar. She received her Teacher Training at Eyes of the World and has a particular interest in the philosophies which underlie these ancient practices. For Abby, life is a continual process of balancing the two sides of human nature; the Yin and the Yang. In this sense, everything she does could be viewed as a form of ‘practice’. It is going on all the time, but can always be developed more consciously. She enjoys sharing her experience and insights into this process with others and hopes, they, too, will find a greater sense of peace and balance in their daily lives as a result of their practice.

Deb can currently be found teaching at Gold's Gym in Providence, occasionally Eyes of the World, and providing monthly meditation classes to her corporate coworkers at Princess House, Inc. She is an avid hiker and will soon be offering hiking/yoga weekend retreats.
